Dr. Buck earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biology with a minor in French from Northern Michigan University before completing her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. She furthered her training through an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency at the University of Florida, where she focused on dental implants, complex restorative cases, and cosmetic dentistry.
Committed to lifelong learning, Dr. Buck and her team invest significantly in ongoing education and advanced training to provide quality care.

Scheduling Coordinator
Born and raised in the U.P., Stacy began her dental career right after high school as a dental assistant. She finds the most gratification in helping patients achieve their dental goals and create smiles they love. She shares her life with her husband, their two energetic boys, and Meeko, their spirited German shorthaired puppy. The family enjoys fishing, 4-wheeling, camping, and spending sunny days at the beach and parks.
Lexi
Dental Assistant
Lexi, from Gwinn and a Ferris State University graduate, is passionate about dental assisting. As part of a patient-centered team, she thrives on putting patients first from the moment they arrive. Her favorite part of the job is improving patients’ overall health and providing education. In her free time, she enjoys racing, hiking, mountain biking, camping, kayaking, and fishing with her cat and two dogs. She’s on a mission to visit all the national parks in the U.S. and Canada.
Candia
Registered Dental Hygienist
Candia has been a registered dental hygienist since 1991. She’s formed close relationships with many patients and takes pride in the satisfaction they feel after their cleanings. Born and raised in Marquette, she’s an outdoor enthusiast who spends time on horseback, hiking with her dogs, snowshoeing, kayaking, off-roading, and barrel racing. An avid animal lover, she finds peace in her barn with her horses and dogs.
Kristine
Registered Dental Hygienist
Kristine relocated to the U.P. in 2011 and now lives in Harvey. She holds credentials as a Certified Dental Assistant and Registered Dental Hygienist, along with a degree in Management of Organizational Development. Happily married for 34 years with two children and several grandchildren, Kristine enjoys deer hunting, motorcycling, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and spending time at their .38 Special Camp near Fayette.
Connie
Office Manager
Connie is the Office Manager at Northern Trails Dental Care. With deep roots in Gwinn and 34 years of customer service experience, she’s dedicated to serving the community through her work and involvement in local service organizations. As a proud “Grammie,” she looks forward to helping you with your dental needs.
Ashley
Treatment Coordinator
Ashley joined the dental world after a positive patient experience at NTDC and is now part of the team that brings energy and laughter to the workplace. A lifelong U.P. resident, she enjoys the changing seasons and activities like camping, snowmobiling, hunting, pontooning, and ice fishing with her husband, three kids, and two dogs. In her free time, she crafts custom tumblers and participates in a paranormal investigating group.
Benjamin
Dental Assistant
Benjamin recently moved to the Upper Peninsula after working in denture labs across various states. With seven years of experience crafting custom dentures and a background as a dental assistant, he brings valuable expertise to the team. Outside of work, he enjoys writing and recording music, foraging for wild mushrooms and fruit with his fiancée, and caring for their 12 dogs.
Paige
Dental Assistant
Born and raised in Chatham and a Gwinn High School graduate, Paige has worked in the dental field for several years. She’s passionate about helping people smile and improving their oral health. When she’s not working, she cares for animals on her small hobby farm, where she raises chickens, turkeys, ducks, goats, cows, and horses. She enjoys hiking, camping, horseback riding, and spending time at the beach with her husband, daughter, and six dogs.
